*All runners are required to have a ride to and from each meet.  If you are carpooling with another family please send in a note letting me know the details.  We cannot allow your son/daughter to ride with someone else without a note!

*All races will begin with a walkthrough of the course, so please be on time picking up your son/daughter at school on days where we have a meet.  If your son/daughter is not present for the walkthrough, they may not be able to run as several of the courses where we will compete venture into the woods.  Without knowing the course safety concerns may arise.
