On September 14, 2020, we will welcome all our returning and new students to our St. Peter Community. We are excited to come together to learn, greet one another, meet our teachers, see old friends and make new ones. As we step forward in faith, we will begin our new year grateful that we are all together and hopeful and positive that our new year will be all we have prayed for. Many of these things, we do each year will remain constant but this year will warrant some changes, due to the precautions and guidance surrounding the COVID 19 pandemic and our resulting “new normal” at least for the time being.
I am proud of all the work we did so that when our doors open up, we will all be together again. We have found ways to adapt and protect ourselves. We are eager and prepared for a new beginning, for we are wiser and stronger in spirit. We will walk forward in faith, trusting that God will lovingly guide us through our new reality. We pray that He will watch over us and keep us safe and healthy. A peace comes from knowing we have done our work and placed everything in His hands.
May God bless us all,
Mrs. Meg Kursonis

Good Afternoon everyone,
This is Mrs. Kursonis notifying you of some important information regarding our plan for re-entry into school.
I am currently writing three plans as detatiled in the Superintendents letter that is attached.
I am speaking with a focus group of parents, staff and stakeholders regarding the construction of these plans.
Our goal is to open in-person and greet all of our studetns back to school.
I have been made aware that some parents are not comfortable with the in-person model, hence the writing of a remote and hybrid plan as well.
Attached you will find a survey. Please take the time to read the letter and the survey and respond. You may do so with the link provided or forward to me at meg.kursonis@stpetercc.com. You can send any questions and concerns to my email as well. Please scroll down to open both aattachments.
It is important to respond. I value your input and cannot make this decision alone.
Hope that you are enjoying your summer.
Miss you all!
You are all in my prayers.
Meg

What a strange and challenging few months we have endured: it hardly feels like the end of the school year without the many special events the children and families of St. Peter Central Catholic look forward to every year. Unfortunately, the deep sense of loss we all feel at missing these memorable occasions has extended to our school finances as well.
As a school community, we have put our heads together and created the “Fostering Our Future” fundraising initiative to make up for some of our school’s lost income so we can continue to offer the top-notch academic, social-emotional, and spiritual education for which we have been known for nearly a century.
Thank you so much for being a part of this welcoming, nurturing, and faith-filled community. By “Fostering Our Future” now, we can ensure many more wonderful memories for current families and those we have yet to meet.
Hear from our students and staff about what makes our school so special and why SPCC is the place to be:
